(a) Customer has 2 working days (48 hrs) to make a refund request after order has been delivered
(b) Customer can return product bought, and we will take care as a valuable customer
(c) If the item customers received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, will receive a full refund amount along with any delivery fees applied
(d) Items purchased online can be returned for a refund via delivery driver or courier company only for a refund or exchange. Items cannot be exchanged via post
(e) Delivery costs will not be refunded
(f) If customer change mind about the products purchased from klikdubai.com, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
(g) If customer requests a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to customer using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-5 above. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
(h) If an item is faulty, damaged, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
